NEW YORK (Reuters) – The U.S. greenback prolonged its losses towards the euro and the yen on Wednesday, after minutes launched from the Federal Reserve’s November assembly confirmed a “substantial majority” of policymakers agreed it might “seemingly quickly be applicable” to sluggish the tempo of rate of interest hikes.
The euro was 0.9% larger towards the greenback at $1.03905, on tempo for a second straight session of beneficial properties. Towards the yen, the greenback was down 1.1% at 139.63 yen.
