Doing prawn broth utilizing Thermomix. Prawn broth good for prawn noodle, seafood soup or for doing Hokkien mee.

500-600 g 500-600 Pork Bone

20 g 20 ginger

1 tsp 1 rice vinegar or apple cider

1 tbsp 1 pork lard (or oil)

Prawn shells (from 500g prawns)

1.5-1.8 litre 1.5-1.8 water
Instructions
- Blench 500-600g of pork bone with 20g ginger (chopped) – 15mins / 50°C / spoon velocity
- As soon as carried out, wash the bowl and the bowl.
- Put the bone again, add 1 tsp of rice vinegar (or apple cinder) and 1.5-1.8l of water – 90mins / 100°C / spoon
