TOKYO (Reuters) -Japan’s Rakuten Cell Inc stated on Sunday that its service for customers on Rakuten UN-LIMIT VII plans had been restored, after a system failure brought on difficulties making calls and sending knowledge for over two hours.
The cellular provider, an entirely owned subsidiary of Rakuten Group Inc, didn’t say what number of customers had been affected by the difficulty, which lasted about 2-1/2 hours after beginning shortly earlier than 11:00 a.m. native time.
It stated in a press release that service was restored at round 1:26 p.m. on Sunday (0426 GMT Sunday).
Japan’s inside affairs ministry in August issued uncommon administrative steerage to rival wi-fi provider KDDI (OTC:) Corp after tens of hundreds of thousands of customers had been affected by community troubles in early July.
